1. Bookings and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a reservation:
- Advance booking is recommended
- A deposit may be required for confirmation
- Booking is only valid after official confirmation from our side
- Event details and guest count must be shared accurately
2. Payment Policy
Payments may include:
- Online transfer
- Cash deposit
- UPI or other available modes
All payments once made are acknowledged with a confirmation message or receipt.
3. Cancellation Policy
Refund and charges for cancellations:
- Cancellation 7 days before booking date → Full refund
- Cancellation within 7 days → Charges may apply
- Refund processing may take 3–7 working days
- Non-appearance without cancellation → No refund
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests:
- Can be made 5 days before the booking date
- Subject to availability on the new requested date
- Additional charges may apply for peak season dates
5. User & Visitor Responsibilities
During your stay or event:
- Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the property
- Personal belongings must be taken care of by guests
- Rules of the farmhouse must be followed
- Misbehavior or illegal activities are strictly prohibited
6. Safety & Compliance
For a safe and pleasant experience:
- Children must be supervised by adults
- Fireworks, loud DJ, or bonfires allowed only in designated areas
- Restricted areas must not be entered
- We are not liable for injuries due to personal negligence
7. Check-In / Check-Out Policy
Timing rules:
- Check-in and check-out time will be shared at booking confirmation
- Late check-out may be charged hourly
- Early check-in depends on availability
8. Privacy During Events
For event bookings:
- Event photos may be posted on social media only with permission
- Customer data is not shared publicly
9. Right to Service
Manraj Farmhouse reserves the right to:
- Cancel any booking if rules are violated
- Ask guests to leave in case of misconduct
- Update terms when required

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.
